KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Taking total responsibility for the smooth functioning of the branch whilst meeting pre determine Jobs and Targets.
• Compliance with company Policies / Procedures /Accepted norms and other regulatory requirements.
• Building up a mutually beneficial partnership with individuals and corporate clients.
• • Ensure risk diversification in customer profiles.

KEY REQUIREMENT

• If you are a Dynamic and challenge-oriented individual aspiring to have a career in the area of sales management this is the ideal opportunity for you.
• The selected candidate will be responsible for the development and management of the branch.
• Capacity to maintain business relationships with all the stakeholders while developing an agency force in the branch.
• Ability to pursue and achieve set performance targets in a challenging environment and within existing corporate structure/resources.

Kandy, Kurunegala, Ratnapura, Panadura, Colombo, Anuradhapura, Dambulla, Galle, Matara.
